[adorable you] miss mustard

When I think Molly, I think schnitzel.
mustard.
laughing out loud at what she comes up with

When I started thinking about a new feature to interview bloggers, of course I naturally began to think of who I would interview.
Who would be interesting? That other people who don't "know" her would be interesting?
molly. duh.

Molly is a foodie.
An urban foodie [how cool does that make her sound! I wanna be an urban foodie!]
She eats quite adventurously.
Usually stuff that makes me think "WHOA...people really eat that?"
[see, if I WERE an urban foodie....]

I like her because she describes her adventures with such hilarity!
Molly is pretty much the most original person ever, when it comes to blogging.

She would have thought of a super cool intro just now
So I will let miss Molly Yeh speak for a bit.

1.) Please describe yourself, your blog, and what you're about in four sentences or less.
I love playing music and eating food.
While most of my mental energy is devoted to sitting in orchestra rehearsal or practicing percussion, the rest of my life (and what my blog is mostly about) is spent eating awesome food with awesome people.
I don't consider my blog to be a food/dining "review" blog because I love everything too much and also because I feel like it's not really my place to be looking for flaws in restaurants so that I can write some scholarly review.
I simply like sharing my passion for food through fun quasi-prose and kind of arty pictures.

2.) Could you please comprise for us a dream menu for you to eat forever, containing four entrees, four side dishes, four desserts, four drinks and four snacks?
Girl, that is like asking me to choose a favorite child. But here's a go:

Entrees: schnitzel, sandwiches (sorry, i know this is like a million foods all in one), pizza (napoletana and chicago style), mac and cheese.

Side dishes: dumplings, pork buns, spaetzle, crispy crunchy french fries (+extra mustard)

Desserts: donuts, pistachio ice cream, almond cake, red velvet cake

Drinks: horchata, water, gin, chocolate peanut butter milkshakes

Snacks: bavarian pretzels, hummus, cocktail wieners, townhouse crackers + e-z cheese

{...to hell with fruits and veggies}

3.) How are you not fat?
Omg I love you so much for asking this question (there are days when I feel like succch a fat lard).
First of all, living in New York helps- I walk or ride my bike a ton.
Also, unless it's a special occasion, my liquid intake usually only consists of water...not a lot of booze and I've always hated soda. I read somewhere that the average female consumes like 400 calories in liquid a day. So I figure, by just drinking water, I could get away with eating like an entire additional mcdonald's hamburger. SWEET.

4.) Imagine we (you, me, and everyone reading this) all had a party and were hanging out together. What would you be doing at this party?
Waiting by the food table for the next batch of cocktail weenies to come out!
And if beyonce's single ladies or anything by madonna comes on, I'd be singing along and dancing.
That would be fun... Can this party actually happen?!

She is seriously the most amazing blogger I know.

Sometimes when I eat good food I think..

I wish Molly Yeh was eating this with me..

and then we could take pictures of ourselves eating this delicious food.

and when i'm eating crappy food..

I think Molly Yeh is probably eating something MUCH better then this.

Does this make me sound sort of stalker-esque?

umm.. well :) either way. love her, and loving your blog!
