taste the rainbow

...of chard.

so I found some rainbow chard at the farmer's market and couldn't leave without it.
so pretty, right? the colors are out of this world.

but after taking pictures of the chard, I realized there wasn't any recipe for chard coming to me. so I looked up some of my own, using fabulous foodgawker.

here's what I came up with. maybe we will choose one for the week, or try a little of every recipe.

cranberry bean chili with winter squash and swiss chard
raw vegan chard wraps
swiss chard lentils with indian five spice seasoning
chard chips
{and much much more}

anyhow, seeing as rainbow chard is growing as we speak, I do hope you try out some of these recipes yourself.
